The bed was comfortable. Decent location off the road so it was quiet at night. AC worked well.

From reading the ad, which references "Studio" and said the "Studio has a kitchen" I imagined I was getting a studio apartment with a kitchen. In reality, it was a "room" and there was a shared outside kitchen with beat up kitchen ware that was pretty dirty (rotting food in the fridge full trash can buzzing with flies for several days). It may have been an issue with translation but I felt like the ad was misleading. In the room itself the bathroom wasn't very well maintained and had mold around the grout at the base of the sink. Also, the staff didn't offer room cleaning or fresh towels once during my five night stay.

Quality of the room is not bad considering the price.

The room description is totally incorrect. It is not a studio with described facilities but just a 'room'. Not even a mini fridge in the room. Communication with the staff is possible only in Indonesian.

comfy place, staffs were friendly and most importantly, the location was good cause i think Kerobokan is in the middle of everywhere.

toilet and shower head was abit dirty and spoilt but everything else is alright.
