Garbershof

Lovely apartment - very comfortable, well equipped, great storage (essential when skiing) and recently refurbished. In an excellent location - you could ski back to the door at the end of the day and the bus stop was only a few metres from the door. Right in the heart of the town.

Ski resorts are always expensive however I found the standard of food served in many of the restaurants in the town quite poor as well as being extremely expensive.

Very good location, end of the skislope in front of the door. Busstation in front of the house. Short walking distances. The owner is friendly, flexible and always reachable.

Perfect accomodation in the heart of Solden. Great view and very clean apartment. Mrs Flanker was very kind and help us in everything. And of course you get the summer card.

Just note: upper level apartment is accessible only via stairs, might be a bit challenging with heavy suitcases.

- Very convenient location, ski bus stop nearby and 1 stop to the ski lift. If you are a good skier, on your way back down a red slope you can ski almost to the doorstep. - Nice and helpful host, always asking about our wellbeing and helping with various requests. - Comfortable beds. Rooms and equipment all clean. - Free daily entrance to a nearby Freizeit Arena - swimming pool, saunas (40 - 90°). - 10% discount for Aqua Dome wellness resort tickets. - Ski room is conveniently available with the device for boots drying. - Heavy requirements for recycling.

- The inside temperature was a bit lower for us, especially sometimes at night we were cold. - A lot of steep stairs to the appartment with no lift, which later became a problem when I hurt my knee. - One room's window led to a very noisy restaurant with a lot of loud tourists and music. - The other windows led to a graveyard (advertised as a "mountain view"). We didn't mind, but someone older might find it a bit uncomfortable. - Kitchen lacking microwave oven (has a standard oven though). - Breakfast nice, but simple, for 18 EUR we are used to a better price/gain ratio. Also could have more of vegetables or fruits.

Hotel is in the amazing location. It is in the Central part of Soelden. We really like that there was a river near the hotel. Our baby really like to walk to it and observe it.

I have nothing to add what we didn't like

The location was perfect, right at the end of the ski route. The place was very comfortable and with nice rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Susanna was very nice and welcoming

The shower stream was weak but manageable. A vent in the toilet could be nice.
