HUELLA CANARIA Complejo LAS OLAS

Pietro was just brilliant from start to finish. He knew we had landed @ Las Palmas. We kept him updated by phone of our progress from the airport and he met us at Reception, immediately took us to our Apartment. He then told us where things were and installed super fast wifi on our phones. He even told us to message him if we had any concerns. The litre bottle of water in the fridge was a real bonus 😁. There were lots saucepans & utensils. The full size fridge freezer & oven was brilliant. It was great having a washing machine too, no going home with dirty clothes! The apartment was so quiet. One of the pools was that warm it was like having a a bath. This is going to be our little escape place. We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning to return soon. Thankyou so much Pietro 😁😁

The location was perfect. Easy to go to the beach and bus stop was in front of the gate. Host Pietro was very helpful and answered very quickly :)

One room was noisy because it faced the Main Street and there was a bus station but I had great earplugs so I didn’t hear a thing :)

Great location near the main attractions, with free parking all around the building. Pietro was a wonderful host who received us at the building, and gave clear instructions on how to get there. The apartment is amazing value with 2BR, a balcony and a fully functioning kitchen with a washing machine. Lots of towels were available to us in the closet. 10/10 will look to book this apartment again on our return to Gran Canaria.

Ideal apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4. Very safe and comfortable and clean. Everything an apartment needs. The host was so welcoming and answered all our questions. The pool area is so spacious and loungers comfortable with the middle pool being heated an absolute winner with the kids and adults.

Plenty of space for clothes and the fact that there were 2 bedrooms

Being so close to the main road there was a lot of noise from people leaving nightclubs throughout the wghole night and early morning.
