The location was along tourism road close to many restaurants and bars. Wi-fi was good. They have Starlink.

Ceiling fan only worked supposedly if generator was on. Generator was broke and owner did not care. On 2nd day when power was out most of the day and evening, the staff to include owners wife and front desk pleaded with owner to help the staff with generator. He refused and said he’d think about it. He said he asked for key for 6 months and was denied. He said he showed the staff how to work it. The staff pleaded with him and he simply refused in front of guests. That’s all you need to know about Latitude 10. They don’t care and don’t deserve guests. Ants have overrun the property. The front desk did give a spray that was similar to air freshener but definitely did nothing to kill the ants. The ants were all over the room including the bed. The hotel said they clean the room every other day so that meant it was cleaned once in 4 days but they should have sprayed it for ants multiple times a day. There was a burning and Cig smoke smell coming through the A/C vent every morning and I advised the front desk. They were oblivious to it. I had to turn off the A/C then the room got hot as fan don’t work so had to hear the roosters, tv or radio etc. Choose your poison. The last evening I went out to eat and no one was at the front desk so I took the key with me and put it in my pocket When I got back at 9:30 pm the key had broken in my pocket so I knew I’d lose the P500 key deposit. It took over 30 min to get in my room as front desk gave me a lecture and argued with me. I just asked to get in the room and they acted like they didn’t have a spare. How about if I’d lost the key. That’s why we pay the key deposit. The front desk lady on the same eve told my friend in another room that she’d see us off in the morning an return his deposit. We asked for the money that eve but she said no I’ll be up. When we went to the front desk at 3:55 am the lady was not there. No one was.

Near tourist spots. Receptionist Jen is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

Electrical interruption. Toilet is not that clean, quite rusty.

The front desk person who welcomed us was warm, caring, and friendly. The location can't be beat.

There's lots of ants everywhere. It would have helped if there was at least a mini fridge to put leftovers. I tossed most of the food I bought because it was swarmed by ants in a matter of minutes.

Amazing location + very friendly and helpful staff.

Can be quite noisy at night + bathroom needs updating
