Home2 breakfast is the best

Our room was clean and spacious and well appointed. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. You have everything you need.

The staff at the front desk saved our experience - when we checked in we found that the pullout in the suite was really only a twin bed which wouldn't work for our family of four. The staff at the front desk immediately put us in a different room with enough beds. The room was nice, clean and we would stay there again! We grabbed a few items from the breakfast on our way out that next day and everything seemed great.

Loved the amenities

Liked the layout of the room with a little kitchen and sitting area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast was good.

Although we prepaid for the room through booking.com, we were charged on our Visa again by the motel so we paid for the hotel room twice. I called the hotel about this but a day later and it still has not been resolved and we did not get a phone call back to as why. As well, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was unpleasant to deal with. Abrupt and disrespectful.

When saying Pet Friendly, please include the fees that are not included! 75 for a small, trained, dog is a bit much! Not the hotels fault. It’s this program

The staff was amazing. They were welcoming, kind and you could see how they all work together to make your stay so comfortable. The rooms are clean and have everything you need! They have never disappointed us on our stays. We will be back!
