The pool was nice.

I paid for the stay in advance with booking dot com. When I checked in they asked for a credit card just for Incidentals. I told them I already paid for everything but they insisted that I had a card on file anyways. Well after I get us all checked in and go up to my room I get an alert that the hotel charged me for 2 nights! So I went directly back to the front desk and asked them to remove it. They said they can not but not to worry it was just for incidentals and the pending charge will be taken off after we check out. Well guess what??!! It did not it was fully charged again for 2 nights. So when I got home I called the hotel and explained everything. Then I realized, oh my gosh it was the same guy that promised it would not be charged and that the pending charge would disappear. Well he had no memory of our conversation even though it was just 2 days ago. Well I tried to talk to a manager but was put on hold and then they hung up on me and when I called back the manager was on a 2 hour lunch break? So I filled out the complaint on booking dot com and they took over the case for me and after 30 days booking refunded me the money.

The room was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast included had a good selection
