Nos encantó muchísimo.

It was located near my destination. The room was nice and clean.

It is too noisy with the freeway being so close by.

Easy to get to. The elevator was quick. The staff was so nice.

Kinda dated and the bathroom fan didn't work 😔

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the freeway.

The hotel is not well maintained. The hallways smell bad, the carpet is very dirty, and the bathroom in our room was not clean. The first day I went to shower, and they didn't refill the conditioner. The next day, we asked if they could clean the room, and they said they don't clean it until the third day. This is bad because they don't replenish towels or toilet paper, and they don't take out the trash at all. We were there for three days because our room wasn't cleaned. We had to keep asking for more towels or toilet paper, and the hotel staff is not friendly at all.

Housekeeping is only once in 3 days. Not removing trash from the room even after requesting to reception. Water bottles only once on arrival. They don’t visit rooms to check for replacement of towels. No replenishment of toiletries.

I asked the front desk for a quiet room, but unfortunately, I was placed on the side facing the freeway. It was loud throughout the night, and I couldn’t get any sleep. On top of that, the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Another issue I noticed was a safety hazard—on my way back to the room, the AC unit door in the hallway above was hanging open and low enough that someone could easily walk into it. Overall, the hotel is pretty average. My main disappointment was the lack of rest and comfort, which are really the most important things when staying somewhere.

It really was a short trip but the comfort of the room really makes a difference! wished we have stayed more days!
