"You should let people know when a full remodel is being done in a property"

We weren’t able to get to a room. As you can see by photos the office was either closed or no one was there to get our room key. Remodel being done and pool also closed. Very disappointed at booking.com for not making that info available on the website. I would not have booked there had I know. And now I am out the cost of the room because no cancel refund

Looking at the pictures on booking it’s a well lit lively property. That is not at all what you see for real. I will not use booking.com again as they have lost my trust. This was very disappointing

This is more about Expedia than it is about the property. I wasn’t expecting to put $260 down as an incidental fee. I didn’t know they were coming because it wasn’t listed until after I’ve already booked the property. So that kind of sucked. So I think that the nightly rate should be changed to the incidental fee. That way there is no lies or confusion. It’s just a rate and it will just stay. This is the rate but it will be given back within 10 to 15 days. It took a lot of money away that it was unable to use just to stay for the night.

Everyone there was really friendly front desk personnel was fast very helpful and very friendly housekeeping brought everything to the door also very friendly the whole experience was the piece of mind that myself and my family needed after driving 8 hours
