Sleep In oxford

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. It has a small bathroom/toilet, but not a big issue. It's clean, though. Messages were answered promptly.

It's a non-smoking accommodation, but 2 nights in a row, we had this strong cigarette smell coming from one of the rooms. I know we should have reported it, but I wonder how the accommodation would have addressed this issue?

Accomodation and room was lovely and clean , very comfortable, owner was brilliant and very helpful , and always there when needed

I’m a bit baffled by some of the glowing reviews on here. This is not a hotel or a b&b it is a HMO renting out rooms by the night. However it is clean and reasonably comfortable and the kitchen is excellent. It’s all about expectations I think. If you know what to expect it’s perfectly fine.

I was a bit taken aback when we first arrived. But once I adjusted my expectations to what it is I found it perfectly comfortable if a bit sparse. A chair or table in the room would be an improvement

It was newly built and well-kept.

This property is more like a guest house but you don't see any staff. I didn't mind that because the check in went smoothly. Clean comfortable room. Decent shower. Free parking. A few minutes drive to the centre.

The towels were not soft

Conveniently located for where I needed to be. Self catering facilities. Clean.

Room was rather bare. Codes for external door and room door were very easy to work out, so felt a little insecure. Didn't get an email to tell me to look in the app for self check in details and security codes. Fire extinguisher might need updating?
