The property is not bad, its modern and have a lot ambience light, the pictures done their job. My wife could not sleep due to the humidity and dump. The bed sheets duvet cover and towels looked used and smelled like "previous costumer". If you go to this apartment, just bring your stuff. The location is good with restaurants and transports surrounding. A picture, worths more than thousand words. PLUS, prepare to lose an extra 39 Euros["CLEANING TAX"], you will receive a to do list before you leave the apartment if you fail one item, you are dead.

Spacious and moder apartment. Really liked the little balconies. TV was nice, with Netflix and YouTube. Apartment was clean and there were all things you would need for a few day stay. There were washing machine and dishwasher as well as hair dryer.

Some things definitely need some maintainance as they felt "used"

They ask for a cleaning fee of €39 in cash upon arrival. We very responsibly payed the cleaning fee upon check in. The deal is that the apartment is left clean upon check out and the cleaning fee (€39) is refunded. Last week they told me they refunded the amount, yesterday, more than a week after I text to notify I have not received the refund amount after they said they did it. Well, they send me a bank confirmation where it shows the refund being done yesterday instead of when it was supposed to, and they refunded €29 instead of €39. I am still waiting for the rest of the money and they do not answer their WhatsApp at all. No communication from them at the moment. Very tricky, and completely irresponsible. As a guest, they would not have let us check in without paying cleaning fee, they should respect the guest as well and return the money without so much hassle. Nice place but because of this administration I would say, avoid!

Location seems to be safe. The unit was clean and comfortable.

I thought the cleaning fee should have been added upfront to the quote. I thought it was on the fine print. I also thought the information to open the garage and park in the garage was very confusing.

The apartment is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is an open space with the living room which is big and has a lot of light. The little balcony is the cutest thing ever and the beds were very comfortable
