Location was nice

The night staff were very rude, despite an issue that was their responsibility Rooms were very small and unclean (stains on the curtains, etc.), and when cleaning was requested, it was not done properly whatsoever

良い点はそれほどないです。ふつーすぎる部屋でした。

宿泊予定なのに、スーツケースは別途費用払ってコインロッカーに預けないといけない。連泊だと清掃は1回のみ。スタッフは外国人で別にいいが、情報の伝え方や丁寧さなど信頼感が欠けてる感じがあった。部屋はめちゃせまくて、子供含め3人で泊まるには無理があった。とにかく狭い！ミネラルウォーターなどサービスもない。エレベーター前でがやがやうるさく。最後チェックアウト時にエレベーター1代しかなくめっちゃ混んでて降りるのにエレベーター4回ほど乗れない事態。なんなのよ。
