Природа очень красивая. Номер просторный и чистый. Достаточное количество полотенец. Хорошая кухня. Красивый стильный бассейн.

В европейском здании 1 лифт. Это очень неудобно. Нет детских площадок внутри и снаружи. Для детей нет никаких развлечений и в ресторанах нет детского меню. На завтраке мало фруктов. Последнюю ночь лаяли собаки под окнами и мешали спать. Арендовали номер с большой террасой и ни разу не вышли на нее из-за огромного количества жуков, которые атаковали ни только наш номер, но и весь отель.

it was a lovely place shame the satff werent very friendly and it was hard to communicate with them as they didnt speak english

Gorgeous view from the suite of both valley and lake. Delicious breakfast and dinners in the European restaurant and lunches in the Georgian restaurant. Amazing view from the indoor pool. Plenty of paddleboats for the lake, nice ride around the lake.

Lake path could be slightly better maintained on the far side of the lake but this didn't really detract from our enjoyment of bicycling. It was nice to be able to grab bikes for both adults and children and use them whenever we liked.

Нам очень понравилось, природа вокруг, виды на Алазанскую долину. Все супер.

Велосипеды подремонтировать бы не мешало (но зато они бесплатные)))
