What a magical place with breathtaking views over the lake. We stayed in a lake-view suite, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The scenery is truly unforgettable and makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. The two restaurants are both excellent, offering delicious and varied food — every meal was enjoyable. What made our stay even more special was the team. Everyone was warm and helpful. A special thank you to Eka, the duty manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. She even checked on us in the game room and made sure everything was working properly. Also, a big thanks to Mariam for her amazing massage — she has wonderful hands — and to the restaurant team who kindly assisted us with our luggage. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel truly welcome💖 The food is absolutely delicious and of high quality. The hotel grounds and surrounding views are simply stunning — everything is so beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely come back again!😍

Very good location. Wonderful views. Good breakfast with nice variety of food. European restaurant is excellent. Spa is nice with the pool with beautiful view, comfortable sauna and hammam.

There are several big homeless dogs on the territory of the property. They bark and howl the whole night, you can’t sleep. The lawns around the hotel are covers with the dogs’ excrements, nobody is cleaning it. We came with the puppy and 6 years old child. When we went for a walk these dogs were following us trying to jump. It was not pleasant at all. Also they sleep on the cushions of the arm chairs. With all my love to dogs it’s not hygienic at all. If you keep these dogs you have to control them!
