Worst hotel I ever stayed in roaches everywhere. Customer service sucks the lady at the front desk is sleep all the time they don't come around and clean your rooms or replace your tiles but the f****** roaches are crazy

We never even stayed because our room was still dirty and they were fully booked up for the night. Would not do a refund because i booked with expedia juat turned into a oral deal all around. I wouldn't ever go back!
