Stunning view! The most amazing view I have ever seen - huge windows overlooking the lake, surrounded by mountains! Clean and cosy apartment! Warm and comfortsable! Ski room just the next door. Polite and kind landlords. We stayed one more night (and we were supported from our hosts. Very quiet and picturesque place.

Our host waited on us even when we came 2 hours later than agreed upon time (because of the heavy traffic).

The views are breath-taking! Fully equipped kitchen. Very kind and nice host.

A few things could be improved to make it really a perfect stay. Water in the bathroom did not have a stable temperature - might suddenly change from warm to very hot / very cold - quite uncomfortable when taking a shower. Although the room was very clean, a few times we discovered some bugs in our beds, which was very unpleasant. This may be because the room is in a basement, and the air ventilation is not very efficient. The size of the room is good for 4, but a bit too small for 5 people, with only one fully separate room.

Nice location, beautiful view at the lake, small terrace, calm neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need - enough storage for clothes, personal items, luggage,... Kitchen is very well equipped.

* The apartment gets quite damp (even if using a ventilator in the bathroom), making it impossible to dry clothes/towels inside). We were here in September, it will probably be different in the winter when the heating is on. * Hospitality - items we requested upfront (and were promised) were not prepared and we had to ask again. No explanation about Guest card which you could apparently use to get discounts for cable cars, entrance,... (we found it at the end of our stay). We got messages from the owner concerning payment before we arrived, but no interest from the owner during our stay (1 week) nor when we left (and messaged ourselves about keys, etc). Got no response whatsoever. I understand these are minor things but makes a big difference in the perception and the guests feeling welcome.
