Green Grapefruit Villa

À 20-25 minutes à pied de la vieille ville d'Hoi An. Notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La gérante est disponible et serviable.

Nous avions une chambre au dessus de la salle commune et de la cuisine, du coup on entendait un peu de bruit et nous avions les odeurs de la cuisine le matin au réveil. Mais c'est du détail.

The listings don’t match with the rooms and there was heavy construction going on at the property that was heavy enough that it should be closed. Had to change rooms because of the construction and the new rooms a/c and WiFi didn’t work. This was made worse as the owner was out of town so nothing could be done about the issues. In the end didn’t even stay the night as there were too many problems.

Unter Berücksichtigung alle Aspekte war die Lage gut und ruhig.Das Frühstück war nicht außergewöhnlich aber frisch zubereitet und gut.

Das Zimmer stank ziemlich stark nach Schimmel. Die Bettwäsche wurde nur Teils gewechselt (nur Bettlaken )Das Badezimmer wurde die ganze Aufenthaltszeit nicht gewischt. Nur zwei grosse Handtücher für 2 Personen, leider sehr stark abgenutzt.Unterbrechungen in Wasserversorgung

Very clean and comfortable. Owner was lovely and helped us with tour and travel bookings and a good tailor. Would recommend.

The location was great walking distant from everything, and the pool area was great

The tv didn’t work in our room the screen was so dark you could hardly see the picture the door frame was completely rotting away and we found two big cockroaches in the room that were coming in from the rotten door frame we had to stuff toilet paper in to stop this! The smell from the drain in the bathroom was horrible! And bedside lamp plug was snapped so it couldn’t be plugged into the wall! Also when we checked out they tried to charge us for laundry we had already payed for (I understand this can be a genuine mistake) Our friends also staying at the same property and when they checked out told us that they tried to charge them for a broken soap dispenser in our room even tho no dispenser had been broken! Over all disappointed in our stay the place has lovely potential but needs maintenance!

The hostess was sooo friendly and helpful or was a great location as well.

Bedding seemed to not be clean room smelt a little musky.. my outside was view of next door neighbor laundry

Good size rooms, hostess is nice, breakfast was decent.

WiFi was poor causing a lot of freezing of YouTube. The smart tv only has YouTube and no other streaming platforms or channels.
