Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fargo 19th Ave/Airport Dome

Close to airport great shuttle service friendly staff I always stay here. I love it.

The staff guy was rude. Only chair in the room was broken and unsafe and I took it to the desk guy and he was RUDE. Toilet seat was broken and off, trim around the tissue box was off, the right hand safety rail for toilet is loose, handrail in shower also loose. This is an ADA room suppose to be one of the safest rooms in the house and it was a not.

Room smelled of smoke, mildew and mold. The smoke detector was removed-probably because it would go off by the smell! The room had mold in the windowsills; the bathroom floors and vents were dirty. The ceiling in the hallway had holes. The pool area had broken cement by the ladder. The hot tub was broken, dirty and not working. I ended up drinking chunky, sour milk during their free breakfast. Other than the cheap price (which should have given me a hint of what it was like) was the only good thing.

The whole property is deserving of its moniker. 2 star. The issue is that everything is tired and worn out.

The 2nd floor hallway smelled like urine. The bathroom doorknob was falling off, the hideaway couch had snacks left from someone else and mattress is terribly stained on the sides, the bedsheets had stains as well as still something brown on one of the sheets towards the floor, side of regular mattress is terribly stained, humidifier in the room was terribly dirty, breakfast wasn't bad-had a variety of options, shower didn't work right=made a loud screech, and vent in the breakfast room in the ceiling is VERY dirty as well as the AC unit/wall paper under AC unit =possible mold.

The friendlyness of the staff from the gentleman at the desk to the woman who drove us to the airport in the shuttle. The beds were comfy and the air conditioing worked great.

When we drove up the looked like a dump, the exerior wasn't maintained. Some of the lights in the room had broken bulbs, there was a musky smell in the air, the pressure in the shower was horrible with most water coming from the spigot vs the shower head. When we went to check out the breakfast area we opened a drawer and found the bottom missing and mold. The hot tub wasn't working which was something we all wanted to use.

Decent place to stay. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but it was clean and comfortable.

No elevator. No coffee maker. Smelled bad and way overpriced.
