L’emplacement, la chambre et le parking

Le manque d’empathie du personnel. Mes enfants ont du prendre une douche tiède. J’ai appelé l’accueil et ils ont envoyé quelqu’un qui a dit que c’était la température normale et puis il est parti. On a tous dû se laver à l’eau tiède et il fait froid en ce moment c’est l’hiver. J’étais dégoûté et si je pouvais partir je serais parti mais on était trop fatigués. En partant le matin pareil, aucun sourire au moment du checkout. Des gens avec le visage fermé et pas agréables
