It was dirty and the rooms did not look like the pictures on the internet. When yuu are away from home traveling for work you want comfort which includes cleanliness.

The quality of the property. It looked like you may have been renovating which is a good idea. why didn't you put them in a newer room? We have an ongoing job in that area and we would have stayed there every week if it was like the pictures on the internet.

"it was sketchy"

the motel was not what was posted on the website. most of the rooms were not available. and the ones that was old and outdated. the room was clean, but had a faint odor. the bathroom some of the wall had holes in it and so over all you would think it was a pay by the hour motel
