"Very dirty and gross"

It was cheaper than any other place I could find (though still NOT worth $218)

Roaches EVERYWHERE, moldy blanket, dirty floor, dirty shower, dirty counters, sketchy location, rubble and debris everywhere outside

"Rude, hot mess"

Nothing.

The hotel made us wait outside in the cold, then told us 15, 20 mins later that they could not accommodate us because they don't have wheelchair accessible rooms which i did request BEFORE they accepted my reservation. 4am and all their rooms were empty? No one was in the hotel! New management, remodeling, only upstairs rooms available. My 83yr old mother had to sleep on a family members couch at 4am because we couldn't reserve anything else until regular 3pm checkin time.. They shouldn't be open, the place is a hot mess!

Bed was comfortable, No Bugs! Most reviews of similar priced hotels had bad reviews with bugs.. Big Plus, No Bugs. A/c Heat worked well. Hot Showers. Great Value Hotel.

The Hotel is being redone... Under new mgtm .. No Pool. I stayed a month ago and see more improvements..yet, lots more to do.
