Good service, good facilities. They are flexible and everything incredible.

What an amazing hotel. The design is beautiful and really the most spectacular hotel lobby ever. We arrived after dark and decided to take advantage of the pick up service which was there ready to greet even though our flight was early. After a long day of travel we opted for room service which was delicious, perfectly on point, and speedy to arrive. We had one free day in Labuan Bajo to explore and the although the hotel weren’t able to accommodate our tailored day trip, they were able to connect us with an amazing driver, Mr Yono, who was an impeccable driver, kind thoughtful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services for Labuan bajo and beyond excursions. We went to Cunca Wulang falls and it was beautiful. The hotel do offer this excursion but in conjunction with extra itinerary, and we solely wanted the falls. The room was gorgeous, excellent view, super comfortable bed, hot water, my only very small comment would be that our mini bar fridge was not very effective is cooling/chilling. The pool is fabulous and so much bigger than in the hotel images, as I like to swim laps in the morning this was perfect. The gym too had all the equipment I like to use. As for the location, soooooooo close to everything you will need, the night fish markets, the AMAZING breakfast market, the piers , cafes and minimarts. We utilized the hotel laundry service which was timely, efficient and of a very high standard. One thing to note when utilizing hotel services, and I want to be clear that I loved this aspect, is that they have a pay as you go system. You can opt to pay in cash or by card for all your room service and add on requests. We are returning to this hotel after our Komodo tour and have decided to return a little earlier so that we can enjoy this very special hotel a little more. Cannot recommend Meruorah and it’s beautiful staff more highly and would always choose to stay here if returning to Labuan Bajo. Cannot wait to return.

Чисто, уютно, в самом центре набережной, на основной торговой улочке. Заселили в номер рано. Персонал очень услужливый (иногда даже слишком)

Было 3 отдельных бронирований, 2 объединили, а 3е переселили в другой номер, т.к. было полное бронирование, но номер второй был немного староват, кран заедал и дверь у тумбочки к холодильнику была отломана.

Exceptional room and view - but it was expensive. Staff are very attentive from cleaners to senior management

I have already made suggestions to management Plans to add a beach club would be a welcome addition.

Amazing stay from start to finish easily a 10/10 experience! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to help. The location was perfect, with great views and easy access to everything. Facilities were top-notch, and every detail made the stay feel special. Highly recommended and would definitely come back!
