Rosa y Carlo were amazing hosts, they were warm and inviting, made us feel right at home, we felt that we were very well looked after. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and hosts were excellent with their tapas and restaurant recommendations. We hope to be back!

This place is in reality better than the pictures!! The hosts Rosa and Carlo are one of the loveliest people you would come accross on a trip. They are welcoming, helpful and made sure that our 3 day city trip to Sevilla would stay memorable. Their attention to details in the entire building was visible in the interior layout/ decoration of the property. We were lucky to have a room with a terrace, which was as big as our bedroom itself. The neighbourhood of Triana, where this property is located, on the opposite side of the river is perfect to stay and many tourists would miss out on this historical and vibrant area if they focus merely on the center of town. Additionally, the restaurant/ tapas Bar recommendations from the hosts were some of the hidden gems in Triana, where local people gather (no tourist traps), including a Michelin guide recommeded one- Pura Tasca- amazing yet affordable!! If we are in the region, we would definitely stay here again.

Carlo and Rosa gave us a beautiful room with everything we needed. Lots of closet space and all that essentials. Carlo took the time to show us on a city map our location and all the sites we might like to see, including where to eat. Excellent walking distance to the old town.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and so kind! They even gave us an itinerary of things to do in the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend! Thanks to Rosa and Carlo for their kindness and hospitality

Carlo und Rosa sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein ausreichend großes Zimmer mit kleiner Kaffeemaschine 😊 Das Bad ist modern und groß, das Frühstück sehr gut. Wer es mag, mit netten Leuten aus aller Welt zusammen am Tisch zu essen, ist hier richtig.
