Avani Adelaide Residences

Incredible, modern, spacious apartment. Awesome views and so well appointed with full size fridge freezer, lovely kitchen including coffee pod machine, full laundry. Room was clean and very quiet. Incredibly comfortable bed with quality pillowtop mattress and pillows. Reception staff were so helpful; the lady who checked us in helped to get us to a higher floor because my kids wanted to be "at the top". Parking was convenient, easy and secure. Location was convenient with an IGA and cafe right downstairs, and walking distance to public transport, Central Market and Rundle Mall. Such a great place to stay!

Only criticisms were a whistling sound from under the entry door at times, and some of the curtain hooks had come off so wasn't able to make the room completely dark from the city lights, but so minor.

- cinema seats need a revamp Upset that item that I left behind were not “found”. I was very specific that I had left some hair products and a straightener behind. But they were not able to be returned.

Extremely rude staff with terrible customer service not willing to help, only argue and make everything your fault. You have to book in the movies and the simulator. Entry through fire exit doors?? The whole North side, South side as first time guests is so confusing but don’t ask the staff. No pens to sign the reservation. No management to speak too, and the supervisor will blame the Avani head office.

Wonderful place to stay! The property was spotless, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was perfect. The receptionist was very kind and responsive. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
