La qualité d’accueil malgré notre arrivée tardive.

I was very quiet the food was really nice. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Sandy. He was amazing. He couldn’t help enough. I’d give him 10 stars. The hotel had everything a cinema of golf simulator a pool gym library everything. I was really really happy.

Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent.

A request was put in 4 weeks prior for early checking. Phoned again closer to time. Having been discharged from hospital, at 11.30.. On arrival at hotel waited for early checking and advised they would let us know when room ready. At 1:45pm..advised room ready and advised it was the last one to be cleaned! Really? No bin liner, no detergent, no teatowel or dishcloth. Bin lid in cupboard under sink and cupboard still had scraps of food on it. Lounge suite had "bits" on it.

Die Wohnung, die wir nach einem langen Streit mit der Rezeption im Nachbargebäude bekommen haben, war gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten für zwei Nächte ein Apartment gemietet und im Vorfeld schon kommuniziert. Erst beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass den gesamten Folgetag das Wasser im Gebäude abgestellt sein würde und dies auch schon lange angekündigt war. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und wollte unsere Einwände, dass wir auch schon im Vorfeld darüber hätten darüber informiert werden können und damit die Buchung stornieren können, nicht akzeptiert. Wir haben daraufhin auf einer Stornierung oder einem Tausch zu einem anderen Hotelgebäude der Gruppe bestanden. Wir wurden danach zwei Häuser weiter in einem Haus derselben Gruppe mit sehr netten Angestellten an der Rezeption untergebracht. Die Wohnung dort war angemessen, gut ausgestattet.

We upgraded our room and it was very comfortable to sit in and enjoy after a big day out. The rooms are well laid out and have all you need. Although basic in set up they are a good option as a place if you need to stay for a time in Adelaide. They are near the market and walkable to the city. It is in the university area so it is very lively with pubs and music venues at night. Windows are double glazed so good sound proofing. We booked parking which in this area was a bonus. Beds comfortable.

It feels like it’s rented by a lot of students on short or long term stays. They were quiet, just had a slightly dorm look in the corridors, So it misses the feel of a high end apartment block. Bathroom very small.
