Pague por dos camas dobles para estar cómoda con mi familia y solo me asignaron una habitación la más lejana que encontraron con una cama doble y un sofá incómodo por lo que me sentí incómoda toda mi estancia. Nadie me solucionó. Solo decían que no había. Perdí dinero y comodidad. El señor que nos atendió a la llegada ni siquiera me miró. En general me sentí discriminada por ser latina.

If it weren't for the horrendous customer service I received at check-in, I would have given this hotel a higher rating. Unfortunately, the service I experienced was some of the worst I've ever encountered. After a seven-hour flight and waiting three hours to check in, I was greeted at the front desk with complete indifference. I had originally reserved two rooms, but was only given information for one. When I pointed out the mistake, I received no apology—only attitude and annoyance from the staff. The problems didn't stop there. The air conditioning did not work properly, the rooms were filthy, and the overall condition of the property was far below expectations. I am not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but this experience was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. There are plenty of other options in the area. I would strongly recommend booking with Hilton or another hotel that values its guests and provides the level of service travelers deserve.

The staff though incredibly understaffed tried their very best to do a good job, they were all very sweet and kind. It's not right the work load that some of them had as only 1 staff member worked the desk during check in with a lobby full of waiting customers.

This place is sad. We waited 1.5 hours after check in for our room. The rooms are really small and smelled like smoke. The two full sized beds as seen in the pictures are actually one full sized bed and a TERRIBLE couch hideaway bed that was like sleeping on bars because the mattress was so thin. When asked why we didn't get two actual beds they said that Booking.com wasn't honest about what the rooms are ready like. The pictures are VERY deceiving. This was not at all like it was described. The pool/ TINY hot tub was also really gross. We were very disappointed! We would not come back.

Easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

所有地方都需要改进，特别是员工诚信问题，满嘴谎言，本来预定的是海景2床房，结果给我1床的，至于海景？呵呵了，找前台解决就说他们没有选定床数的选项，都是随机，然后反映上booking.com，当时前台的员工叫apple，保证第二天早上给我换2床房，结果第二天换了一个前台员工，居然说apple没有留下任何要给我换房的信息，原来她第二天休息，所以说谎先把我糊弄过去，然后通过booking.com一番交涉后终于换了2床房，结果冷气还是坏的，最无语是发信息通知我12点退房，结果11点就有人来敲门问为什么还不走？！态度及其恶劣，我说我们正在收拾行李，马上就退房了，这还不愿意，一直想闯进来，后来关门才走了，结果2分钟前台电话马上打来让我马上退房，如果这样的积极态度用于帮助客人解决问题该多好啊！！每天还要额外收入27美元，说是租DVD和单车的，强制执行，这世道谁还看DVD啊！！

Upon last minute reservation arrival, my room read 50 degrees on the temperature guage and staff could not resolve. After a few hours, I was moved to a 3rd floor room (no elevator) and that room was OK. However, I had to pursue a room change for several hours with the staff as no maintenance was on site apparently. I would not recommend this hotel or the specific area as it is older and out of date. I was not initially given any recommendations for dining, nothing on site, and I found a pizza place open. Next day, I found a nice beach side restaurant next door, had I known, it would have made my one night there a LOT better.

We've been to Kauai three times and always stay here. The grounds are beautiful and the staff always goes the extra mile. We always get a room with an ocean view.

We loved the location on the island and the tropical landscaping was well kept up. However we were not informed when we were booking that these units were privately owned. Unfortunately unit #360 that we were given with the ocean view we paid for had a very cloudy sliding glass door that affected our ocean view if you wanted the air on (it was hot during the day) keeping the sliding glass door closed. There was a very dirty/rusted compressor unit for the air on the lanai that was not pleasant to look at. There room was clean and just modestly updated which was ok. When I mentioned be disappointed regarding the cloudy sliding glass door that is when the person at the front desk told us they were privately owned and the owner would most likely not replace the window unless it affected the rental of their unit. If you book here, I don’t recommend unit 360 and be aware they are privately owned and may affect how updated the decor is in the room you get.

Location and landscaping was perfect. This is the third time we have stayed there.

It has become very run down over the years. Floors on the hotel room were filthy. The bathtub soap dish was missing from the wall and covered with a piece of plastic. The bottom exterior of the tub was rusting. It appeared that no maintenance or upkeep has been done for a while.
