Das Appartement ist super vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit Blick auf den Ätna wird man in ins Café zum Frühstücken geschickt.

Wir haben mit geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen. Es ist nicht ganz leise.

Excellent location about 100M from the Amphitheatre & around 800M to the downtown square with all the attractions, so very conveniently positioned. Steep narrow staircase would be an issue for anyone with large suitcases, I did notice there is a new looking lift but never tried to use it as we only had small backpacks. Room is VERY spacious & comfortable with functioning but noisy air con. Has two small balconies (vertigo inducing !) & the lovely hostess included 4 x drinks gratis in the fridge (2 x Tea, 2 x Fruit juice), & also printed us an english list of things to see & do in the town, most welcome.

Access stairs very steep, should have tried the lift ! Had to walk 100M to a cafe for breakfast which is provided by way of a voucher, lovely cafe & patisserie so not a real problem, just expected it to be onsite.

Helpful host. Lovely classic italian spacious room, old palace style. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to city center. There was a nice trattoria restaurant just round the corner down the street.

Very steep staircase to reach elevator, but the host helped me with my luggage, and then i could store it after checkout, and it was delivered downstairs when i came back so it worked out well in the end.

Stanza in pieno centro a due passi dal teatro romano. Letti super comodi, attenzione alla scala ripida, ma è presente un piccolo ascensore.

de trappen naar het hoger gelegen logement zijn smal en de lift is piepklein, moeilijk te bedienen. Je komt buiten op een heel smal trottoir, vlak op heel drukke weg, met gekke chauffeurs. Je moet ook buitenhuis gaan ontbijten en daar zijn ze niet vriendelijk.

Palazzo storico in via defilata a due passi dal centro. Camera pulita e funzionale. Letto comodissimo, colazione in storico bar a due passi.

Buon isolamento acustico verso l'esterno, pessimo verso l'interno. OK, la struttura è datata, ma la lavatrice con centrifuga che fa tremare il piano alle 8 di mattina si potrebbe anche evitare...

Llegue a las 19 h, el propietario dijo que había overbooking en nuestra habitación, que la había vendido 2 veces, que el otro había llegado, antes pero qué nos había buscado la solución Nos acompañó a un hotel destartalado, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, ni la nevera de la habitación, las camas eran un jergón y las tapetas del marco de la puerta se cayeron al cerrarla Le dije que no quería dormir en ese hotel y me dijo que la ley le obligaba a alojarnos en un establecimiento de mayor categoría, pero para nada era así. Miramos el precio de esa noche y en el B&B valía 74 € (y aún marcaba disponibilidad) y el hotel del realojo 57 € (sería menos lo que pagó él pues lo tendría negociado) Al día siguiente dije que no iba a pasar otra noche ahí, así que nos trasladó a otro hotel de la misma cadena (la recepcionista era la misma en los 2) de una categoría superior Cuando fuimos a trasladarnos, la esposa del propietario nos dijo que él había ido a acompañar a otros clientes a otro hotel, que le esperáramos (otro overbooking al día siguiente??, curiosa coincidencia) Dado que cuando se suponía que había overbooking seguía marcando disponible el B&B y en los hoteles le conocían perfectamente, creo que no es ni la 1ª, ni la 2ª que lo hace, es la práctica habitual Debe tener 1, 2 o 3 habitaciones, las vende tantas veces como sea y va realojando a los supuestos overbookings en hoteles A mi modo de ver todo un negocio de realojamiento montado con la excusa del overbooking

Proximité des transports en commun et de la vieille ville. Lits très confortables. Très propre. Nous avons apprécié le document sur Catane laissé sur le bureau.

Des escaliers assez raides pour accéder à l’ascenseur mais les hôtes sympathiques prennent en charge les bagages
