This is a well managed Hotel. Everything you want for a successful stay. The staff are all hard working and friendly and speak good English. The breakfasts are amazing - what a choice of hot or cold buffet style spread. Tables are always available even at busy times. The location is within easy walking distance of main town attractions and about 500 yards from the promenade. Prices for drinks and main meals are reasonable with Happy Hour each evening. The Hotel is kept very clean. We did not use the gym or pool or sunbeds etc but they were available. Its a very modern adult only Hotel. If you want a good restaurant nearby try The Red Restaurant . I would certainly recommend rhis Hotel as it as it ticks all the boxes.

This can only be described as a super hotel. Centrally located, very modern and the bedrooms are well laid out and spotlessly clean as is the whole of the hotel throughout. We have never stayed in a hotel with such pleasant staff, from reception to housekeepers and the dining area. Nothing is any trouble so attentative throughout. I would like to mention two staff in particular at reception , Tilehachd so pleasant, looked after us so well and always there to help he’s is a credit to the hotel, he treats the hotel as if it were his own guaranteeing one hundred percent satisfaction . While all the restaurant staff are so pleasant and helpful we would like to single out one lady in particular and that is Suzana what a beautiful, kind and such a pleasant lady. She is constantly smiling always so polite and helpful and what a hard worker. She would be a model for any organisation where she lets her own issues take second place. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would be telling lies if we faulted it in anyway. We will definitely be back. (JS)

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. A good choice at breakfast and the prices for drinks and food were very reasonable. The hotel is ideally situated for the old town and is close to many bars and restaurants.

Pool coil be a bit bigger (although the nearest beach is only a 10 minute walk away).

Location was excellent. Housekeeping staff, Marvena, was first class. View from our room on the top floor was amazing.

No door to bathroom, WC metres from the bed. Breakfast average, most “hot”items were cold and the so called egg station was rarely manned. When it was, the chef was grumpy and difficult

We recently stayed at the hotel for one week. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean in communal areas and bedrooms. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of choice for all tastes. The location of the hotel is really good - close to harbour, port, new town and old town. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend.
