La Quinta by Wyndham West Memphis

Close to highway. Front lobby was nice and hotel check in was easy.

The actual room was not good at all. There was old dirt in several corners of the room. The bathroom needs a vent- the wall paper is coming unglued and some of the finished pieces were tarnished and green. Spider webs from the ceiling. The shower curtain was moldy.

The breakfast was hot and ready or simple as you might like it. The coffee was hot and very nice flavored.

Everything definitely clean

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The lady when we checked in at the desk was great.

The whole property smelled heavily of cleaning products, but our room was not clean. We spilled a bit of water on the floor and when we cleaned it up, our towel was black. Seemed like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. There were noisy guests opening and closing doors late into the next morning, so we didn’t sleep well.

Everything was great, only thing is the beds were the type you could feel the springs poking your body

Modern and relatively clean, pretty comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice.

Shower could use bleach or caulking or both, a little mildewy for my liking.
