Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie fragen nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man etwas braucht. Außerdem ist die Kommunikation gut; man bekommt schnelle, lockere Antworten, sodass alles reibungslos verläuft.

Je nachdem welches Zimmer man bucht, sollte man sich vorab darüber bewusst sein, dass man sich die Küche und das Badezimmer eventuell mit einer anderen Partei teilt. Dies war bei unserer Option der Fall, auch wenn es für uns nicht störend war.

The following aspects have been appreciated: - Position near the city center and the railway station - Big bedroom and comfortable bathroom - All common services (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) can be shared with the owners.

Nothing to mention among the negative aspects. Maybe only that I didn’t want to disturb the owners because the room is in an inhabited apartment.

The couple owners were friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean. Because I got a heat wave, I miss a fan (I don't like air conditioner). I appreciate my stay there.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and spoke English very well. Beds are nice and have lots of space around. Parking in the road in front of the building.

Very unclean and this place it’s not a sleeping place. It’s more a homeless place where don’t have where to live. They had sharing toilet / showers where the home owners and all other guests uses. The room that was given to us was a bar area with lots of sofas that were open to beds. Everything in that room was terrible unclean. This is a rip of. We had to refuse the place as we didn’t thought that was safe place to sleep.

This apartment does not completely correspond to the stated photos. The doors to the toilet cannot be closed because they get stuck and it feels like they can be broken and they are made of glass. This is another 5th floor without an elevator.
