It was clean. Had a crawling kiddo. So I was please that I could leave her in the floor to play. We stayed in the king suite so it was a nice big room for kids to play.

The room had not service for cleaning. It was not the best when you have kids and and the floors need a quick vacuum

Staff Was very friendly and Helped when asked. Fireplace was nice added warmth to a nice cool evening.

Bed was a little hard and pillows were a bit hard would've liked them softer but hey thats My preference.

The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The front staff was very friendly, courteous, personable, and helpful. The continental breakfast included a variety of foods along with a great automatic coffee machine with various selections of hot beverages, including coffee, hot chocolate, mocha, etc.
