Location and price , it’s close to so much , downtown pacific grove , the beach , downtown Monterey , but still quiet

We have stayed here quite a few times and noticed this time the elevator was extremely dirty and smelly . Maybe it’s due for a deep cleaning . Back area bringing our luggage in could use a touch of plants or something , just feels like your going into the employee entrance .

Spacious room, very clean, all necessary amenities, comfortable bed, lots of fluffy towels, luggage racks, balcony for fresh air. Easy parking, elevator to second floor. Easy check in, friendly staff, good breakfast included.

"We love staying here when for our half way rest when we drive to NorCal to LA. The hotel is nice and the bed is comfy. L"

The balcony, fireplace, nice pool area, the comfy bed and proximity to town and ocean.

The breakfast was pretty lacking. It used to have varieties and proteins but our recent stay was very disappointing.

Continental breakfast was MUCH better than expected: fresh fruit, waffles, yogurt & hard boiled eggs! A complete meal refreshed throughout the morning & a super good value for the room price!

Rooms & bathrooms were not very updated, but everything was comfortable & clean.
