Location was great for pottering around pompeii town and very close to the eastern most entry to the ruins. Don't listen to anyone saying this entry is for groups, single entries are taken here as are groups. The piazza close to the hotel has some excellent restaurants for lunch and dinner. The B&B was very clean and Luca was so attentive, such a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. If you like comfort and ease, book this place. Thank you Luca.

Luca was a great host, making us feel very welcome, and helping with our enquires. The rooms were immaculate and the accomadation was in a great location.

The shower was a bit temperamental, but it got us clean in the end.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable b&b. Located close to the Pompei Santuario train station. The Pompei ruins, restaurants, shops etc are all at walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful and serves a typically Italian, good breakfast. We stayed in the family room with one double and two single beds and a small balcony. Recommended!

Staying with Luca at Civico 29 is like staying with the friend that you wish that you had. Nothing was too much trouble for Luca and he made us both feel so welcome. Luca could not have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful. He served great coffee with so much good advice, suggestions and recommendations. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything that you needed for a stay in Pompei. The location is fantastic, we were close to the archeological site and all the local facilities. Our evening was spent just outside asking the local streets and enjoying the passeggiata. Luca provides a 5 star service in accommodation that is excellent value. We travel to Italy a lot and would not hesitate to stay in Civico 29 again or recommend it to anyone. Luca is amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If you want or demand soulless, business accommodation with unsmiling staff in a building where you could be anywhere in the world, then do not stay here. If you want good value accommodation with a great host in the area around Pompeii then this is the place for you.
