The apartment was spacious and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect. Very close to the center of Fira but still outside of the noise. The girl in the reception was very helpful, ease to talk to and always willing to help.

One major issue was the breakfast ordering system. Every day, we had to fill out a form indicating what we wanted for breakfast the next day. The form clearly stated it must be submitted by 8:00 PM the day before, which the reception also confirmed at check-in. Despite this, staff reminded us daily—often well before 8 PM—and even called our room to follow up. One staff member said the deadline was 6 PM, and the next day claimed it was fine to submit it by 11 PM. The inconsistent and unclear information from different staff members was frustrating. Additionally, our breakfast orders were frequently incorrect, and the pies were often undercooked—one day, they were completely raw. Housekeeping was also confusing. The cleaner asked every day whether she should clean and what exactly she should do. Towel replenishment was inconsistent—sometimes we received too many, other times too few. It was the same with the coffee and milk in the apartment. We had to remind them on a daily basis to stock up. Overall, the lack of clear communication and repeated service errors made the experience disappointing.

Posizione in zona centrale ma tranquilla, staff estremamente gentile e disponibile sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta (un grazie speciale a Costas per tutti i preziosi consigli). Appartamento di buone dimensioni vista mare, comodo per una famiglia di quattro persone.

Peccato per la colazione molta scelta ma qualità piuttosto scarsa, comodissimo il servizio in camera. Da migliorare. Da migliorare anche il rapporto qualità prezzo

La Cave House no puede tener más encanto. Tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para cada momento. La cama de matrimonio era muy muy cómoda, y todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Irene, o la chica que allí nos atendió, se deshizo en explicaciones y en brindarnos toda la ayuda posible. Nos mimó al máximo! Un auténtico encanto!

Siendo para 4, en ocasiones se echaba de menos un segundo aseo.

Struttura in posizione perfetta, a cinque minuti dal centro e lontana dal caos. Camera comoda, spaziosa e ben arredata.
