Very nice hostel with friendly staff and pretty rooms

No lifts. We had to take the trolley bags 3 floors and nobody to help!

Upgraded the room

No lifts and no drinking water provided. We need to use the stairs and go down 5 floors to get some water!

You couldn’t fault this place! The room and bathroom was immaculate and the staff were more than friendly. They made our stay so comfortable and welcoming.

Nothing.

Both private and public spaces of the hotel are extremely clean. I could find no bug at all within my stay of a week. The staffs are very kind and friendly. Given the price, this hospitality and cleanness were far above my expectation.

The room is very very small. No desk or table. Most of my dissatisfaction comes from the location. The location is not convenient if you want to travel to other locations of Manila. You have to walk for 30 minutes to get to public transportation. You can take a ride but the traffic near the location is quite heavy and drivers often refused to pick me up. The safety of the location is questionable especially for foreigners. As there are many foreigners around, there are crimes targetted at them. I was robbed my glasses and had to pay 40 pesos to get it back from a criminal. Though my loss was tiny, it was scary.
