Spacious airy apartment in an excellent location. I especially liked the peace and quiet of the locality. Very comfy bed and good water pressure on the shower.

I booked this apartment specifically because it listed a coffee maker in the facilities. But there was nothing suitable for making coffee. Not even a cafetiere or filter jug. I was a little disappointed that the TV didn't work, and very disappointed that the internet didn't work. Without the internet, it's very difficult to organize your holiday.

The stairs were too steep!

Great location, on a quiet street but close to plenty of bars and restaurants and public transport. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen.

No AC, slow home wifi

The bed was comfortable and they provided 2 towels albeit thin towels and plenty of hangers

The facility lacked basic amenities. No AC, no soap, or toiletries, lack of extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, no single pantry item such as oil, salt, pepper

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, relatively quiet despite being in a vibrant part of the city, and a very central location - all the amenities ate closeby; good access to tube, tram and bus links, mini market for groceries, cafés and bars, as well one of the best viewpoints in the city - Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara 🙂

The shower had a funny smell, although we're not sure there was a lot that could be done about that. The stairs to the apartment were incredibly steep and awkward, and the banister appeared to be coming away from the wall. Anyone with mobility issues would potentially struggle, but again we don't think there was a lot that could be done about that. It was fine for us though. A run through the cooking facilities would have been useful, as we initially struggled a bit with the cooker and there were too many guides in the drawer.

The kitchen had enough tools. The bed was comfortable and the closet had plenty hangers. The location was pretty central.

The kitchen didn’t have any oil, salt and pepper, so we had to buy it all. We also didn’t have any trash bags and when I asked the accommodation about it, they told me to buy them. When we run out of toilet paper I didn’t even bother asking and just bought some. The apartment itself smelled with canalization. During night you could hear people from the building flushing and the neighbors are quite loud, so we had to have the window closed and because there is no AC, it got really hot during the night.
