Sheets were dirty, stayed before in Aug with our small dog with no additional fees, this time charged $25 plus $50 deposit - not informed- we will not be back!

"Dirty Towels and baby pillows."

Seemed clean. That is about it.

Only 2 little bath towels. When we asked the front desk for 2 more they said only if we traded out for dirty towels. Just ridiculous, what are 5 we years old!!!! Also it was a king size bed with sofa size pillows WTH!!!!

"Not a very restful night"

Nice room great beds

Pillows very fluffy and to firm , remote would not turn tv on , people in the room next door were very loud,sitting outside watching a game on their phones, smoking and talking

Clerk let us check in early and honored our request for a ground level room. Very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fluffy, absorbent towels.

Net enough electrical outlets, hair dryer didn't work

"I will NOT stay there again"

The room smelled of mold. It as bad I had to move rooms. I wanted a room at ground level, I requested it, the room was confirmed after I gave credit card information but I as still placed on the second floor.
