Quality Inn Siloam Springs West

The front desk gentleman was super nice. It was close to restaurants and surrounding cities to visit. Breakfast was good.

The non-smoking room first issued was heavily smoked in. The desk clerk was super polite and gave us another room. It was better. It was noisy in the parking lot. It was hard to sleep. This not to reflect on the hotel as they can't control that.

Did not have the breakfast.

The receptionist checking me in was the only good thing. The room smelled molding. A part of the ceiling was coming off. I had a non smoking room but a smoking section was right across from my door so when I walked out of the room I got hit with the smell of cigarettes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have know idea why it had a good rating.

Drove 45 minutes to location only to be told that their system had messed up and that they didn’t not have a room for me. Said they called my cell phone but showed them the call log he said it never rang. Did not get my two year-old in bed till after midnight because of their communication. Had to drive 45 minutes back in town to find a room.

All was good with the room. Spacious, and newly remodeled. Really noisy - several trucks were left running through the night. Didn’t affect sleep, but weren’t able to enjoy sitting or visiting outside.

The facilities were clean and supplied with all condiments needed for a comfortable stay. Oru room door was very hard to open, at the point of almost calling the front desk to open door from outside. Breakfast was not that appealing. We arrived at 8 am and there was not much to pick on the breakfast items. We settled for toast and coffee and a few potatoes. There was no host to be found. Could not find napkins or someone at the front desk. So despite all these things, I give an average score.

La más personas k limpian las habitaciones un poco antipáticas pero todo estuvo excelente

Me ubicaron 1 noche en habitación donde alojan perros y el olor era terrible, yo no sabia. me cambiaron por mi queja. El desayuno no fue de mi agrado, todo comida sintética y sin sabor. Nada fresco!!

Esta muy bien ubicado, ideal para el evento al que asistiamos en la Universidad de John Brown pues esta a solo 3 minutos.

La refrigeradora en nuestra habitacion no funcionaba muy bien, nos cambiaron a otra que tenia el mismo problema, la limpieza exterior del edificio es deficiente y el desayuno no tiene mas que muffins y tostadas de opcion, podria ser algo mejor.

The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable

Everything was good , clean, beds were completely cleaned, staff was nice ..

The only. Thing bad that they had no milk for cereal ,, but other then that it was good breakfast
