Gostamos muito das refeições , eram ópticas . O spa foi bom e o hotel era bonito .

A limpeza , foi pessima .

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Few things could be improved but we did have a good stay

Sauna was broken, some of the breakfast choices were over complicated. Would have rather just been asked how I’d like my eggs cooked. Coffee in rooms would have been nice

One of the female reception staff members was extremely rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. Her attitude alone ruined the mood and the entire experience. Honestly, I have never experienced such treatment in any 5-star hotel before. Staff are the face of a hotel, and people who treat guests this way should not be working in the hospitality industry. Uma das rececionistas foi extremamente mal-educada e arrogante. A forma como falou connosco foi desagradável e acabou por estragar completamente o nosso descanso e a experiência no hotel. Sinceramente, nunca vi este tipo de atitude num hotel de 5 estrelas. Na minha opinião, pessoas com este tipo de comportamento não deveriam trabalhar no atendimento ao público, muito menos num hotel deste nível.

Pequeno almoço

Quando cheguei ao quarto pelas 16h30 não estava arrumado. Tive de ligar para la serviços para fazerem a limpeza. Piscina interior a agua estava fria. Fiz marcacao para massagem, 2 pessoa e quando cheguei so habia uma massagista. Tivemos de fazer massagem em separado. Um de cada vez. Restaurante estava fechado e e comida do outro restaurante era muito ma Tive de ir fazer fazer refeicoes fora do hotel,.o que nao era esperado, uma vez que estava a fazer fim de semana romântico

Wonderful stay at the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel. Friendly and thoughtful staff throughout the hotel. Calm, fresh, and relaxing atmosphere with very nice areas from the lobby to the spa. The freshness and cleanliness really stand out, which is important at a spa hotel. Great quiet location and an excellent breakfast with everything you could wish for.
