早餐非常棒，溫泉很棒，房間很大 地點有點出乎意料，不過距離輕軌很近，是個優點 適合攜家帶眷的前來，想愜意的休假適合前來

隔音不算差，但入住當天隔壁太吵，還是可以聽到些微的聲音，幸好睡覺時間到有保持安靜

1.溫泉水小到跟雨水一樣 請人來處理 後來未將陽台門關好 總機竟打來控訴房客製造噪音自己為何無內部檢討 逕自打給房客非常非常差勁不禮貌 2.我們訂兩間房1206 1207洗手台全都阻塞 3.其中一間連馬桶都不通 我還以為我是訂到一間房兩千塊的飯店 整晚都在維修就好啦 我還有什麼美好假期

浴室的淋浴設備及泡澡池相當大進水時間也很快。是否為溫泉較難分辨房間中並沒有特別為溫泉的開鑿或種類做介紹因為無色無味，所以也不知道是不是純熱水。 早餐的服務非常好，無論是日式或西式菜色都不錯。服務人員也很親切，起床後可以在房間慢慢地吃早餐是挺好的享受。

以五星級的定價，床跟棉被是不及格的。電視機的尺寸、螢幕都很好，唯獨全部是網路電視軟體通通要重新下載軟體，對於沒有帳號有點年紀的人很難使用。另外很多人看完YouTube也沒有退出，下一個房客都可使用別人的帳號，那非常不理想。
