Homely Serviced Apartments - Figtree

This is a very comfortable flat with a well-equipped kitchen in case you want to cook. Very centrally located but also reasonably quiet.

The place was super nice and clean. Great location. If not for the problems with check-in, I would give the place the top overall rating. Once I got over the check-in issues - everything else was fantastic.

The host made is super difficult to check-in. He requested a photo of my ID to be posted to a cloud location outside of my country, which I was not comfortable doing. His reason was that he cannot charge me without having my photo ID in advance (even though he has already charged me the full price a few days earlier!). He refused to provide me with the check-in information and changed his mind only after long discussions. Booking.com staff was not very helpful either, so I had to spend a lot of time trying to convince him to change his mind.

Everything was superb, but the ventilation in the apartment was a bit poor. Not a huge deal though.

Great location! Only struggle we had was parking for a reasonable price close by. But the team are super helpful and always answered our calls/messages promptly and were very understanding. I definitely recommend and would use this accommodation again 😁

The bed was so comfy. Lovely shower. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

We would have loved a TV in the bedroom. We didn't realise we would have to pay £60 to park the car but understandable because of where the apartment was.
