Non professional , unfriendly staff. I have booked two rooms. When arrived at hotel i have showed them my voucher from Hotels.com. They said that they do not have reservation for me. I asked them to call Hotels. com but they refused. And i could not get my reserved rooms. I have contacted Hotels.com myself and they said that they have booked the two rooms for me and they have forwarded the reservation to the hotel.

"Tbilisi subirb stay"

This is really basic hotel. They mentioned they have a pool, sauna and gym but all of these facilities are actually for public use and hotel guests use them for free. They can get overcrowded. Breakfast offered is really poor almost uneatable. Rooms small, not so comfortable, but clean and with good air condition. They have free airport pick up but not drop off as well, however there is subsidized price. Overall, below value for money.

"Прилетели ночью с детьми"

Прилетели ночью с детьми, нам нужно было переночевать недалеко от аэропорта. Приветливая девушка встретила нас с табличкой в аэропорту и провела к машине , водитель помог занести чемоданы в номер (в отеле нет лифта). Номер небольшой, но новый и чистый, в душевой пол с подогревом , есть халаты. Нам было очень жарко и душно , минус номера, что нет окон на улицу , только в коридор, но есть кондиционер и мы им воспользовались. Утром нам принесли завтрак в номер . В общем , хорошее впечатление. Советуем.
