On the day of January 10, 2025 when my daughter and I were out and about, someone had gone into my room took my daughter‘s tablet and all of my perfume later on that night when we had come back, somebody kept trying to get into the room and someone consistently called the phone in the room until 6 AM the morning of January 11. Because I was concerned for mine and my daughter safety. I decided to check out that morning and did so at 8 AM. I handed the lady that was in the office at that time my key card and told her I was checking out I still have yet to receive any checkout confirmations from the hotel and I have called them several times with nothing

Was a nice stay once your in the room they have a young girl who knows nothing about making her customers feel welcomed , she was very rude and charged different prices for everything , seemed really shady I’ve never seen this done before , and she has no people skills , and speaks to you like your dumb she definitely need to just lean back on front desk services …

Staff was very rude. Never got checked in. They demanded a deposit after we book and paid on booking .com. unacceptable! We ended up staying at the Best Western.

Nice place for the price for sure. Great pillows & towels!
