Everything.

The room smelt like smoke the floors look so dirty. There were cigarettes burns on the sheets. Wash cloth had black marks on it. Towels small. There was a dent in mattress

Nothing but it was near many areas

Smelly, unclean, rude staff, and nothing was making me feel i can redo this ever again! I had to move from room to another because there were mouses!!!! Then the other room had bigger mouses!

Clean room / well maintained facility. Good location if you’re without a car — businesses and services within short walking distance and Municipal Bus service (CT Transit — Hartford) nearby.

Some traffic noise — due to proximity to City Police Station (frequent Emergency Vehicle sirens) and highway nearby (Interstate 91 North / South).

This was the most 2/5 exsperiance ive had in a LONG time, Everything was old, and there were holes in the sheets, and everything was just breaking down, there was Ductape on my door to keep the security panel on lol. there was only one person at the front desk and they barely spoke English so it was hard to do anything with them. The pillows were pitiful, and there was clearly prostitutes walking around outside and cigarettes everywhere on the ground. There was NO bed bugs, and it didnt smell bad, the AC worked and the water was clean enough to shower with. Toilet worked... so like the minimum was met, but barely.
