Good value for money. Facilities are basic but clean, staff very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just near Pub street, night market, the route to Angkor Wat, but in a quiet lane.

In the room I stayed in, it was not very safe to keep the window open while sleeping, so I had to use AC all the time.

Location is the best. Near to main areas & a lot happenings nearby the hotel.

Room's floor is not clean. Hotel have lots of lizards. Found lots of lizard's droppings on floor & it's disgusting. Breakfast took a long time to prepare even the menu is simple. We can't switched on the tv. Don't know how it works. Room is not sound proof, can hear next room's voice clearly.

Nice building, design and attention from the staff. Relatively quiet. Not restrictive on visits, and has good information on tours.

Although I asked for cleaning, they did not change the sheets. They were just turned around. The bed is highly uncomfortable with springs penetrating your skin.
