"Don’t stay at this hotel if you’ve choice"

The hotel gave me the room which isn’t as description. I’ve told the staff, she made an excuse. I’ve told her I’m a freelance hotel inspector and i know from inside out, her boss jumped in making an excuse and i disagreed all excuse but as for a room change. the boss finally change me another room. i don’t like this kind of business: ads a good deal but doesn’t give the right product, i wonder if others have to accept the unwanted service

As a freelance hotel inspector POV, it’s not clean as expected. there’s a cigarette butt in the toilet when I’ve checked in

location was good, near restaurants and the city’s beach staffs are supportive and friendly
