7Lizards - Ocean View Apartments

For the price its really good, location is questionable, since its located on top. We liked that we could do some "physical exercise" every time we go down to the city centre/beach and when we go back all the way up, but I guess for many others it won't be fun. In negative part I described problems with cleanliness, otherwise everything was good and we liked the stay and hosts! Be aware that the pool in the building does not have heating, so it was really cold during our stay.

There was no vacuum cleaner which in fact is a huge problem when you live in such area for more than a couple of days. Apartments become really dirty quite quick because of a lot of sand from the windows and the clothes after staying on beach. Besides, the construction of the shower cabine leads to water being spilled out and gets mixed with the mentioned sand and dust and its really hard to clean it. Moreover, the washing machine was leaking water while working, so we also had to tuck it underneath with towels otherwise water gets spilled right to the kitchen... If vacuum cleaner was there, it could be much easier to remove all the dust and sand and the spilling water wouldn't be such a problem, but all together makes it really messy, dirty in a short amount of time and you have to spend lots of time every day cleaning the room instead of just enjoing your stay. Another thing is that our A/C was broken and we had to wait several days until it was repaired.

It would have been more appreciated if I had been notified in advance that the apartment was changed to a larger one, two floors below, with a superb view to the side. Thanks but no thanks. Two floors up, in the middle not to the side, really makes a difference in terms of the view. The fact that the apartment is wider by about 30 cm doesn't really make much difference. Even if it was a system error, this was clarified and it was known long before our arrival how many people would be accommodated. We adults had to sleep the whole stay on the sofa in the living room without linen and blankets, only pillows being available. The responses to my requests were polite but without any concrete result. What's the point of a coffee machine if there were only 2 coffee capsules for 2 adults for 3 days. Either put coffee capsules as needed or provide a filter coffee machine. Be very careful with the glass doors on the balcony as they do not have round red stickers to make them visible when closed. Apart from these everything was fine.

The location of the apartment is ideal with a beautifull view towards the harbor and ocean.

Improper and partly dirty apartment when entering the apartment for the first time. The terasse with its furniture were not usable. During our stay the demolition of a former water reservoir was going on during the entire working day. A hydraulic excavator and trucks for the demolition waste were operating in a distance of 10-50 m away from our terrasse. This situation was accompanied by a heavy noise and vibration level. Every day the terrasse floor including the furniture were covered be a significant layer of dust and dirt. In addition, the construction of the new CRISTAL II was accompanied by noisy operations for the slope reinforcement by pneumatic breakers.

It was our 3rd stay in 7Lizards,as always we loved everything.. Super comfy beds, fantastic equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom (remember it being pink 😁) Hana,our host is such a lovely person ♥️ So in general we are very happy about our stay ♥️ Definitely will be back 😊

The only issues we had was with WiFi,it wasn't working,but Hana helped me to sort it out 😊,and pillows could be changed for more soft 😉 Apart from that -no more issues 😊
