"Good getaway and great service"

The service was excellent and the rooms were cleaned well. The maintenance guy showed up and fixed our thermostat within an hour. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Simi.

"Great customer service and clean hotel"

This place feels like the 4 season from the customer service I received from Chris at the front desk. Never met someone who had such great customer service. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again just for the service alone but the pricing too is very aggressive. See you guys again

It’s clean. It’s quiet.

There is no elevator. I don’t like being on the ground floor, but I had to because there’s no elevator. No way I can take suitcases up & down the stairs.

"Will definitely stay again!"

The breakfast was delicious! The staff was friendly and accommodating (we showed up two hours early for an event at the Reagan Library and they let us check in early!) the facility was clean and comfortable and in an excellent location.
