Staff,breakfast and location

Internet was not good.they need to put another router upstairs.the one in the restaurant does not the rooms upstairs

Great hotel in great location .. super clean best hot shower in South America so far. Staff couldn't do enough. Even preparing an amazing breakfast for us at 6am for our start to visit Machu Pichhu. Highly recommend

The location was good and the hotel kindly agreed a change of date on the reservation.

When an offer seems too good to be true , it isn’t true. The ‘mobile only ‘ price could never have been an accurate representation of the real value for this hotel. The hotel was very noisy with a grim view from the window to some kind of industrial area (see pic) This was very noisy from 5am with loud music and speeches until about 8am Bathroom towels were not clean - Worst breakfast of all our stays in Peru - very minimal.

Clean , modern hotel . Perfect central location . Enormous and very comfortable bed . Pleasant staff

Unfortunate problems with lack of running water for almost whole day during my stay . May not have been hotel ‘s fault though
