To walk into any hotel what happens at arrival in the foyer usually sets the scene. The lobby smelt of stale fish. It was putrid and I felt like vomiting. Later I found out there was a fish processing factory nearby. NO excuses. The problem should be fixed. We then wanted lunch...A menu consisting of 6 items and the meal we both had was terrible in smell and taste. Breakfast the next day was not any better with basic boring and tasteless food we could not eat. Coffee?? It had the consistency of black mud We checked out early by 1 day and went elsewhere

On arrival, I wasn’t shown to my room. I wasn’t even shown where the lift was. No fridge. There was long black hairs stuck to the shower walls, & these were never removed in the 4 times it was cleaned during my stay. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced, even when I specifically requested it. There is literally nothing close to the hotel to do.

Excellent value for money. One of the cleanest hotels in Sidoarjo.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was varied and ample.
