HOTEL JD TEPOZTLÁN

The place was very nice and clean, but the best thing about that hotel was the staff, every single staff member was super, very helpful with my many questions and requests. They where friendly and always had a smile on their faces.

The thing, I disliked was inevitable and mostly because I wasn't used to it; and that was the roosters, who do their thing pretty much all day and the dogs, who bark loudly at night. I swear every house in Tepoztlan has chickens and there are too many street dogs. There was a neighbour who liked playing his music loud, but that typically was only for a few hours.

Requieren renovar la cama.

La alberca no estaba climatizada

en realidad todo me parecio excelente, todo muy bien, la atencion excelente, me quede muy satisfecho con sus servicios

Es agradable, la ubicación excelente y la vista desde la habitación.

Falta un poco de mantenimiento en la habitación

limpio, agradable, comodo y muy serviciales

Buena atención de todo el personal
